Environment & Utilities Commission Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of every even numbered month at 6:00 PM. Starting October 10, 2022, Environment & Utilities Commission Meetings will be held in person.
If you wish to make a public comment on a specific agenda item, there are two ways to do so:
- To submit a comment in writing, please email shawnn@glutendiet.net and write “Public Comment” in the subject line. In the body of the email, include the item number and/or title of the item as well as your comments. All comments received by 4:00 PM the day of the meeting will be provided to the Environment & Utilities Commission and posted on the website. The comments submitted shall become part of the record of the meeting.
- Attend the meeting in person and provide verbal comment. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1110 Capitol Avenue, Second Floor.
